If you are inactive or suffer from a stable medical condition, exercise referral could help you take some simple steps towards feeling fitter and healthier.
Your GP or health professional can refer you directly to one of our classes or gym-based schemes, where our knowledge and experience will help you on the way to a fitter and healthier life. An introduction to exercise through the referral path can give increased confidence, working with instructors who know how to approach your individual requirements.
